If we were telepathic we could gather information without leaving our body, at all. Like an Internet on a broadband mobile signal. We could gather out side information from the world. And feel we had projected
I'm not saying this IS how it works BUT it is easy to grasp this because we have the technology to have this when we play games in 3D world's on-line. Yet the brain is supposed to have fallen together on it's own by mistake yet hasn't developed a mobile phone feature yet? Or perhaps prefers to leave it switched off?
Mmm someone might say “if you have nightmares I wouldn't want your brain phoning mine!”
News Fox21 on LUCID DREAMING
Lucid Dreaming
Lucid dreaming is a way to create your own story, your own reality. To control the direction of your dreams. In the next video below, the question of what you might do with that power? Soon we may posses the power to use computers to create dream realities, how will we go forward from there?
If we could build our own Matrix
If we could build our own Matrix, what would we do? Or are we doing it now?

Lucid Dreaming.Skills Rule 1
They say you need a dream diary. Well it's true, sort of. BUT!! It's not, at the same time! What you really need is good concentration and memory skills. Writing can help you concentrate and reading what you have wrote can help you remember. But I was born a lucid dreamer it came naturally at a very early age. I know I didn't need a dream diary. I never had diaries or needed to write my dreams down. In the dream you need to remember the 1 thought "this is my dream" To maintain that thought lucidly through out, you need good brain skills in concentration. The diary will help you work on developing this ability but the diary will NOT give you lucid dreams. Your belief in what I am about to say next, your pure and total faith and trust in what I am about to tell you WILL give you lucid dreams. "YOU CAN DO IT!" That's it. Too simple? It's all you need, faith in your own ability to become good at this. The desire to remember you are dreaming when you are dreaming. And the ability to FOCUS, concentrate on that thought. It will get you in there. What you do once there. As Neo said "is a choice I leave to you" Tonight you will have your first or best ever lucid dream! Believe it!! Prepare for it. Improve your memory and concentration all the time. Students are the most common victims of sleep paralysis. Why? Because they study and their brain is very active. Full of concentration and memory skills. So their mind stays awake alert when their body goes to sleep. And they find themselves in sleep paralysis. My favourite place because from there I get up and walk away into a lucid dream. Just imagine doing it and stop trying to move your physical body then your imagination/dream body takes over and the lucid dream begins.

To be lucid you need to remember you are dreaming. Memory is crucial, developing a good memory is very important. Concentration, focus of the mind is vital. MOST important you need to believe it is not hard and you can do it.
If people tell you it is hard they are trying to hard. Maybe if they stop trying they will succeed. But I cant concentrate what was I saying?? Oh yeah we get distracted easily in life but we also use memory and concentration all the time. So you already know how to do this.
The most common unwanted lucid dream is found in students. Why? They study all the time they develop their memory and they concentrate. So they have a higher than average experience of sleep paralysis. “SLEEP PARALYSIS? ” you ask “I thought we were talking of lucid dreams?”
My favorite way in to a lucid dream is through sleep paralysis. Just get up and walk away if you succeed you are either awake or dreaming. If you TRY to HARD you can't move. You don't want to sleep walk, it IS A SAFETY Mechanism after all. Not an attack by demons as some have foolishly believed.
So simply try lightly, imagine you are getting up without moving and POP your dream body starts to move……..
The real question is so what will you do now? Get so excited you wake up? Wonder “but what should I do???” and start thinking so hard you wake your self up??? …..Or have a plan from when you were awake? And just go and try that out.
Flying is always good. But do a brief reality test. Stand on one leg for example, then on no legs first, rather than jumping out the window first. Think about it!! What if sleep paralysis didn't work?

Not recommended for sleep walkers.
The biggest advantage gained from lucid dreaming is, conquering all fears, ending all nightmares.
We only allow our self to experience a particular amount of reality. Some times too much "reality" scares us. We only let so much reality enforce itself upon us. If any revelation is too much for us we quickly switch off, run away or ignore that which doesn't fit the description of the reality we are prepared to accept. We wake up. In that sense it is we ourselves who chose to create our own realities! When we encounter a reality, too strange, too different, from that which we wish to accept, we have trained reality itself, to reveal it self to us, very slowly, and at a pace we are happy to receive it at.
